Michelle, where do we start..She listen to us speak for hours about our Nan / mum and was able to truly reflect her life during the ceremony.
Very warming to know someone you only just met could put into words and help say goodbye to a special person but also provide the support you don’t know you need at that difficult time x

April 11, 2023 at 9:52 pmFrom the moment we asked Michelle to help with officiating our fathers funeral to the final moment .. she was professional, caring, kind, attentive to detail, generous with her time, explanation of process ~ keeping us continually updated .. absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Just her presence made us feel confident on the day. Her delivery of the service was so beautifully done that some of our relatives want to have Michelle deliver their own service when the time comes and that is, I believe, a testament to her professionalism. She put together a very personal eulogy that reflected Dad so wonderfully. Our family and friends said it was the loveliest funeral they had attended and that was much down to Michelle, nothing was too much trouble. We are very grateful to Michelle for her help and guidance at a difficult time and wouldn’t hesistate to recommend her services.

She also recommended a lady to use for the order of service, who was superb. Michelle conducted the whole service brilliantly and efficiently, and the gift bag she gave us after the service was a really lovely touch. We will definitely be recommending Michelle’s services.

February 10, 2025 at 9:44 amI cannot praise Michelle highly enough. From our first meeting you felt she was interested in my lovely husband and was determined to give him the send off we wanted. Everything was perfect on the day. The poem she chose for me and spoke were the words I could not say.
Everyone commented how beautiful the service was. I felt we did give him the send off he deserved.
The bag and candle she gave us after the service was a lovely touch.

She really took the time to understand what my mum was like and to reflect that in the service with a beautifully written eulogy. Everyone remarked afterwards that it was a very poignant and moving service and commented on how warm, calm and professional Michelle was. She made us feel very supported during such a sad time and helped us celebrate mum’s life and to say a fitting goodbye to her. Thank you Michelle.

Losing someone you love is not an easy journey but Michelle’s compassion, sensitivity, professionalism and kindness is second to none and helped make that journey a little less rugged. Trusting Michelle to achieve something unique for us, and making us feel like we were the only family she had done this for, was very special.
