My mum passed away in December 2025 and we had her funeral this January.
Nina was incredible from start to finish!
From the very first time I ever had contact with Nina she was the most welcoming and caring person I could have ever of hoped for when dealing with such a sensitive situation.
Nina was thorough in all of her work, took on all suggestions myself and my family made, and all my ideas were put into action on the day of my mums funeral.

Nina welcomed us with open arms, no phone call was ever too long for her to take, no email was ever unanswered and no text was ever left on read.
The attention to detail was just immaculate, and I can say without a doubt that because of her caring nature, and her ability to do her job so well, that she is one of the many reasons my mums funeral and service went so well.

Nina also kindly gifted us with a card on the day of my mums funeral, inside that card were words of comfort, followed by some seeds in the shape of a heart to plant flowers for our mum in the coming months.
This was an incredibly beautiful gift to receive, something so small, but also so sentimental.
We as a family look forward to planting these very seeds in the spring months in my mother’s back garden.

Sacha wrote the most beautiful things about my mum as if she has known her for years! Sacha spoke so softly but also with such grace and was 1000% the perfect fit for the upbeat funeral service that my mum always wanted. Sacha wrote a poem for my mum entirely of her own back which will forever be treasured, the wording is absolutely beautiful.
I could not recommend or sing Sacha’s praises enough for everything that she has done for my mum and my family. She has made such a horrible day so much brighter! The gifts that i recieved from Sacha after the service was a really personal touch and again will always be greatly treasured.

I really do believe that my mum had sent Sacha to me and I am forever grateful that Sacha also chose us!

Tragically, the day before my father’s funeral, my mother also passed away suddenly. Nina was an unwavering source of strength for us. Her calm presence, empathy, and guidance helped us navigate an incredibly painful time, and we truly don’t know how we would have managed without her.

She went above and beyond in every way — offering not just a beautifully delivered service, but also genuine care and support that meant so much to our entire family. Nina is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and caring people we’ve ever met. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made both services not only dignified but deeply personal and meaningful.
